testing phase. The testers are selected members of our user community - people who apply
the product to a wide variety of real-world problems.
- We release the product only when we are satisfied that it
behaves as expected and as documented. This means that we will delay release rather than
provide an unsatisfactory "buggy" product.
- We acknowledge that no software is error-free. Even if it
were, it could be affected by new operating system releases and new hardware or
peripherals. When we solve a problem, our solution makes our product better - a win-win
